1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ryo Forge Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the RyoForge Cohort website and learning platform, including any related services, features, content, or applications (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Important: These Terms contain an arbitration agreement and class action waiver that affect your legal rights. Please read carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 16 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

4. Course Enrollment and Access

4.1 Enrollment

When you enroll in a course, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as specified during enrollment
• Complete the enrollment process truthfully and accurately
• Comply with course-specific requirements and prerequisites
• Use the course materials solely for personal educational purposes

4.2 Access Period

Upon enrollment, you will be granted lifetime access to course materials unless otherwise specified. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course or feature at any time without liability.

4.3 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Download, reproduce, or distribute course materials without permission
• Use course content for commercial purposes
• Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We offer three pricing plans: Self-Paced Learning (₹6,499), Expert-Led Training (₹9,999), and Career Development Program (₹12,999). Promotional discounts may be offered from time to time.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Razorpay). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. You are responsible for all charges, including applicable taxes and transaction fees.

5.3 Slot Booking

Slot booking fees (₹999-₹1,999) reserve your seat in an upcoming cohort and are adjusted against the total course fee upon full registration. Slot booking fees are non-refundable once the cohort has commenced.

5.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
• Slot booking fees become non-refundable once the cohort starts
• No refunds after 7 days or after certificate issuance

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), are the exclusive property of Ryo Forge Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

6.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (including projects, assignments, and forum posts). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for operating and improving the Service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing upon intellectual property rights of others
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
• Collecting information about other users without consent
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Using the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or features
• Sharing or selling course materials without permission

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8.2 Educational Outcomes

While we strive to provide high-quality education, we make no guarantees regarding learning outcomes, skill acquisition, job placement, salary increases, or career advancement. Success depends on individual effort, aptitude, and external factors beyond our control.

8.3 Third-Party Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of such third-party sites.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RYO FORGE PRIVATE LIMITED, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
• Any other matter relating to the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is less.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ryo Forge Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any rights of another party, or (d) your conduct in connection with the Service.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11.3 Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating litigation, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at contact@ryoforgecohort.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations within 30 days.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Provide notice of material changes through the Service or via email
• Allow a reasonable period for you to review the changes

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ryo Forge Private Limited regarding the Service.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
